One-component adhesive, using MMA as the base material, the bonding part must be exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) to be cured during use. (Such as: fluorescent lamp, UV lamp or daylight, etc.)
The adhesive is colorless and transparent. It completely polymerizes with acrylic after bonding. The bonding strength is very high. It can be used for a long time without yellowing and brittleness.
This adhesive is mainly used for caulking bonding between two pieces of transparent acrylic. Suitable for all kinds of cast plates and extruded plates.
At the same time can be bonded with transparent CAB, PC.PS.

 

Polymeric adhesive
It is a two-component polymerization type. It is a solution of acrylic polymer dissolved in methyl methacrylate. It is clear, slightly purple, and sticky. If the customer feels too thick, it can be diluted with ACRIFIX® TC 0030. It can be used for bonding acrylic cast board and extruded board. It is used for the surface bonding and edge bonding of various uncrosslinked acrylic boards. It can also be used for other plastics, such as ABS, CAB, PS, PVC, SMS, UP and wood.
ACRIFIX® 2R190 adhesive has a caulking effect. ACRIFIX® CA020 adjuvant catalyst polymerization is required for bonding. When 3% is added, the curing time is 60 minutes. After 3-6 hours of curing, the next bonding is performed. After 24 hours Grinding and polishing, with extremely strong viscosity, the seams are basically colorless after curing.
 
Supply of solvent-based adhesive
Adhesive has low viscosity and clear light yellow solvent. It can be used for bonding acrylic cast plate and extruded plate. Adhesive acrylic extruded plate is more effective. It is used for Ť type bonding of various uncrosslinked acrylic plates ACRIFIX® 107 adhesive, which is used for bonding to narrow surfaces and is preferentially used for internal stress objects, does not have a caulking effect. It can be bonded in a short time, with high strength, and can be quickly processed. !!!!
