我於民國99年1月自AAA醫學大學營養學系博士班畢業,在博士班期間的研究方向為大蒜有機硫化物抗粥狀動脈硬化之效應。畢業後分別在台北榮總幹細胞研究室及台大醫學院臨床試驗中心擔任博士後研究員,具有兩年的博士後研究工作經驗。目前是台北北市立聯合醫院師資培育計畫的專案教師及聘兼助理研究員,從事的研究是探討醫院自製蔬果汁的營養介入改善頭頸癌病人接受化放療前後免疫及營養狀態的影響;也有一篇有關植化素對頭頸癌病人的保護效果的已於今年二月完成投稿。另外,大學及碩士學位分別是中山醫學大學營養學系及慈濟大學醫學研究所。

 

碩士班期間跟BBB教授做研究,則是一個重要的啟蒙。在我研究所的求學過程中,B老師從旁輔導並協助我,使我能夠具有獨立從事實驗工作的能力並順利完成我的碩士學位。博士生的研究求學階段,在CCC與DDD教授的指導下,除了在實驗邏輯及分析教導外,每年撰寫國科會及衛生署計畫及報告的經驗也讓我獲益良多。在博士班的階段,除了實驗執行及論文撰寫外,老師對研究的執著與謹慎也是我最好的學習榜樣,因此這些年來的確培養了我更精進的研究能力及態度。

在博士班期間,我的研究領域為飲食中植物化學物質與保護心血管疾病功能之探討,目前的研究著重在癌症與營養的相關性、癌症藥物相關副作用之探討。主要是希望能將營養科學運用在人類健康息息相關的預防醫學上,並透過生物醫學技術及角度來探討人體營養與疾病的相關問題,結合基礎醫學觀念、臨床醫學觀點及臨床營養的應用,使食品營養在疾病的預防及治療上達其應用性與重要性。

 

我的個性開朗、積極並樂於學習,也就是因為這樣的個性使得我能不斷的進步。期許未來在工作能力上可獲得更多的成長,也期待能夠在醫藥生技的領域上有所成就,並對公司有所貢獻。如果我可以有機會進入公司的話,我會一直努力精進自己的專業知識。

Please allow me to introduce myself. In January 2010, I graduated from the doctoral program of AAA Medical University’s School of Nutrition and earned my Ph D degree. As a doctoral program student, I studied the effects on anti-atherosclerosis imposed by garlic organosulfur compounds intensively. In the following two years, I served as a postdoctoral fellow at Taipei Veteran General Hospital’s Laboratory of Stem Cell Research and at the Clinical Trial Center of National Taiwan University’s College of Medicine, respectively. With two years postdoctoral research experience, now I serve as an instructor and concurrently an assistant research fellow at the Teacher Education Program of Taipei City Hospital, concentrating on the effects on immunity and nutritional status imposed by nutritional intervention using the hospital’s homemade vegetable juices for patients with head and neck cancers before & after they are treated with chemoradiotherapy. In February 2014, I submitted a review article entitled phytochemicals’ protection for patients with head and neck cancers for publication. Prior to my Ph D degree, I earned my bachelor degree from Chung Shan Medical University’s School of Nutrition and my master degree from Tzu Chi University’s Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences.

 

During my study at the master program, Professor BBB acted as my mentor. He not only enlightened me on my researches, but also provided me with valuable assistances, allowing me to complete all experiments fruitfully and to earn my master degree successfully. During my study at the doctoral program, Professors CCC and DDD assisted me on experimental logic and analysis & instructions profoundly. As a doctoral program student, I wrote various plans and reports for National Science Council and Ministry of Health and Welfare, and thus learned a great deal of field experience. In the doctoral program, I learned dedication and prudence from my teachers as I executed experiments and wrote my dissertation. As such, I improved my research capability and my attitude to a higher level.

 

During my study at the doctoral program, I concentrated on the dietary phytochemicals and the protection for cardiovascular diseases. Presently, I focus on the correlation between cancers and nutrition as well as the side effects caused by cancer drugs, hoping to integrate nutritional science into preventive medical science. Moreover, I am studying the issues related to nutrition and diseases from the biomedical standpoint. Furthermore, I am combining basic medicine, clinical medicine, and clinical nutrition in order to identify the application and significance of food and nutrition for disease prevention and therapy.

 

I am pleasant, active, and willing to learn. My positive personality drives me moving forward. I am eager to sharpen my skills and meanwhile contribute to your success in biomedical pharmaceutics.
