『鑽頭心厚研磨機』(Straight drill custom-bulit machine)

本機台主要用於研磨鑽頭之【靜點】，使靜點縮小，可加工範圍直徑範圍2mm~13mm。

鑽頭直徑與長短可依客戶需求進行修改變更。

                                                          ►本機台適用於X、XR型鑽頭心厚之研磨作業。

                                                          ►HSS CO HRC 60度以上。

                                                          ►加工速度約1200支/ 8小時。(註:直徑為Ø 6mm時。)

This machine is mainly used to grind the [static point] of the drill, so that the static point is reduced, and the range of the processing range is 2mm~13mm.

The diameter and length of the drill can be modified according to customer requirements.

                                                           ► This machine is suitable for X and XR drill bit grinding                                                                      operations.

                                                           ►HSS CO HRC 60 degrees or more.

                                                           ► Processing speed is about 1200 / 8 hours.
